1. Vehicle Condition and Maintenance
- The Company strives to maintain all rental buses in safe and roadworthy condition through regular inspections and servicing. However, the Company does not warrant or guarantee that vehicles are free from all defects or suitable for every specific purpose.
- Customers are responsible for inspecting the vehicle upon pickup and reporting any issues immediately. Use of the vehicle after pickup constitutes acceptance of its condition.
- The Company shall not be liable for any mechanical failures, breakdowns, or delays arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Driver Services (If Applicable)
- If a driver is provided, they are licensed, trained, and experienced professionals. However, the Company does not guarantee against human error, fatigue, or external factors affecting driving performance.
- Customers and passengers must comply with all driver instructions, traffic laws, and safety protocols. The Company reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the rental if passengers engage in disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior.
- Drivers are not authorized to deviate from agreed routes without prior Company approval.
3. Passenger Safety and Liability
- The Company provides transportation services but assumes no responsibility for the personal safety, health, or well-being of passengers. Passengers are advised to follow all safety guidelines, including seatbelt usage and adherence to capacity limits.
- The Company shall not be liable for any injuries, illnesses, losses, damages, or fatalities resulting from accidents, medical emergencies, or third-party actions, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Company.
- Parents or guardians are solely responsible for the supervision of minors. The Company prohibits unaccompanied minors under 18 years of age.
4. Booking, Cancellation, and Refunds
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice where possible.

6. Prohibited Uses and Compliance
- Rental buses may not be used for illegal activities, overloading beyond capacity, hazardous materials transport, or off-road purposes.
- All services must comply with local, state, and federal laws, including COVID-19 or health-related protocols in effect at the time of rental.
- The Company is not responsible for fines, penalties, or legal consequences resulting from Customer non-compliance.
7. Force Majeure
- The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic disruptions, pandemics, mechanical issues, or acts of God.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
