  • Cancel on November 9, 2025 (after 7 PM): No refund.
Special Cases
  • Group or Multi-Bus Bookings: Partial cancellations (e.g., reducing passenger count) may incur pro-rated fees; full cancellation follows the above tiers.
  • Peak Seasons/Holidays: During high-demand periods (e.g., Diwali, weddings), a 14-day notice may apply for full refunds—check your booking confirmation.
  • Driver-Only or Add-On Services: Standalone cancellations of extras (e.g., overtime) follow a 24-hour notice for full refund.
  • Company-Initiated Cancellations: If we cancel due to vehicle unavailability or Force Majeure, you receive a 100% refund or equivalent rescheduling credit (valid for 12 months).
