Welcome to Shri Sai Buses! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and guidelines for using our bus rental services (“Services”). By booking, hiring, or using any bus or related Services (“Hire”), you (“Hirer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself, your group, and all passengers. These Terms form a binding contract between you and Shri Sai Buses (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree, please do not book or use our Services.
These Terms incorporate our Disclaimer, Conditions of Hire, and Cancellation Policy by reference. In case of conflict, these Terms prevail.
1. Scope of Services
- We provide safe, reliable bus rental Services for passenger transport, including luxury coaches, minibuses, and drivers (where applicable), for events, tours, corporate travel, and personal use.
- Services are available within India, subject to vehicle availability and route feasibility.
- All Hires are point-to-point or as per the agreed itinerary; deviations require prior written approval and may incur extra charges.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into contracts.
- Bookings on behalf of groups or organizations require authorization from the responsible party.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating these Terms, local laws, or posing a safety risk.
3. Booking Process
- Book via phone (+91 93731 98040), email, website, or authorized agents. Provide complete details: Hirer info, passenger count, dates, itinerary, and special requirements.
- Bookings are provisional until confirmed in writing (email/SMS) and a 50% deposit is received.
- We may require advance payment for peak seasons (e.g., festivals, holidays) or long-distance Hires.
4. Payment and Fees
- Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of basic services but exclusive of GST, tolls, parking, permits, or extras.
- Standard Charges:
- Base Hire: Based on vehicle type, distance, and duration.
- Overtime: INR 50/km or INR 2,000/hour (whichever higher) beyond agreed time.
- Night Surcharge: 20% extra for Hires between 10 PM – 6 AM.
- Security Deposit: INR 10,000 (refundable within 7 days post-Hire, minus deductions).
- Payment methods: Bank transfer, UPI, cash, or credit/debit cards (2% surcharge on cards).
- Full payment due 48 hours before Hire start. Late payments may cancel the booking without notice.
5. Vehicle and Driver Obligations
- Vehicles are maintained to roadworthy standards with valid permits and insurance.
- Drivers are licensed, background-checked professionals. You must not interfere with their duties.
- Inspect the vehicle at pickup; report issues immediately. Use post-inspection waives claims for pre-existing damage.
6. Hirer and Passenger Obligations
- Capacity and Safety: Do not exceed seating limits. All passengers must use seatbelts and follow emergency procedures.
- Conduct: No smoking, alcohol, drugs, weapons, or illegal items. Disruptive behavior may result in termination and extra charges (INR 5,000 minimum).
- Luggage: Limited to safe storage; we are not liable for loss or damage.
- Minors: Supervised at all times; no unaccompanied children under 12.
- Health Protocols: Comply with current COVID-19 or health guidelines (e.g., masks, sanitization).
7. Prohibited Activities
- Illegal use, overloading, off-road driving, or hazardous cargo.
- Sub-renting the vehicle or unauthorized route changes.
- Damage to vehicle/interior (e.g., stains, vandalism) – charged at cost + 20% fee.
8. Insurance and Liability
- Our Coverage: Third-party liability and basic vehicle insurance per Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
- Your Responsibility: Obtain personal travel, accident, and health insurance for passengers.
- Limitations: We are not liable for indirect losses, delays, or incidents beyond our control (e.g., accidents due to weather, third parties). Liability capped at Hire fee.
- Indemnity: You agree to compensate us for claims from your negligence or breaches.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
Refer to our Cancellation Policy for details. Summary:
- 7+ days notice: 100% refund minus INR 1,000 fee.
- 48-96 hours: 50% refund.
- <48 hours: No refund.
10. Delays, Breakdowns, and Force Majeure
- We aim for on-time service but are not liable for delays from traffic, maintenance, or Force Majeure (e.g., strikes, pandemics, natural events).
- Breakdowns: We’ll provide a replacement vehicle ASAP; downtime not exceeding 2 hours is free, beyond that prorated refund.
- In Force Majeure, Hire may be canceled with full refund or rescheduling.
11. Termination
- By Us: Immediate termination for breaches, with no refund and potential blacklisting.
- By You: Follow cancellation policy; early termination incurs full fees.
12. Privacy and Data

- Data shared only with necessary parties (e.g., insurers, authorities).
13. Intellectual Property
- All branding, logos, and materials are our property. Unauthorized use prohibited.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
- Governed by Indian laws, with exclusive jurisdiction in courts of [Insert City, e.g., Mumbai], Maharashtra.
- Disputes: Attempt amicable resolution within 30 days; else, arbitration under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
15. Miscellaneous
